Oleg Kiper, head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, reported that 'a ballistic missile struck an area with container docks in the Odesa district, causing a fire.'
He also urged residents of the region to 'respond promptly to air raid sirens and immediately seek shelter when an alert is announced.'
