A group of terrorists from Russia decided to attack a locomotive carrying civilian cargo on the Dnipro railway. This was reported by the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, Andrii Yermak, as quoted by 'Glavkom'.

“Today, the Russians attacked the locomotive on the Dnipro railway for the second time in a day, which was carrying civilian cargo. This is a planned terror against civilian logistics and railway workers,” he emphasized.

Yermak noted that the aggressive actions of Russia indicate that they have no plans to end the war. He called to destroy the enemy economically and by striking at its military-industrial complex.

Other attacks on railways in Ukraine

Also, we remind you that Russian terrorists previously attacked an electric locomotive in Dnipropetrovsk region, resulting in the death of the driver and injuries to his assistant. Similar attacks have also affected drivers of other trains in Donetsk region.

Recently, Russian forces attacked a railway station in Kherson, but thanks to the timely evacuation of all those present at the station, it was possible to avoid casualties.

With the escalation of aggressive actions by Russia, it becomes obvious that the conflict is not going to end quickly or peacefully. Attacks on civilian facilities indicate that the enemy is not going to restrain its aggression. Ukrainian military and civilian services continue to fight against the attackers, protecting the civilian population and the country's infrastructure.
