As soon as the security conditions permit, energy workers will begin to assess the consequences of the attack and the recovery work,' the message says.

Recall that during the night of October 22, Russian occupiers attacked Kyiv with ballistic missiles and strike drones, resulting in the deaths of at least two people. In addition, Zaporizhzhia and Poltava region were also affected by enemy attacks, causing numerous damages and injuries among the civilian population.
