In the past week, Russia launched 1100 drones and 50 missiles at Ukraine: how infrastructure is being restored

Після недавнього кількості атак з повітря, відновлення інфраструктури України стало пріоритетом для підтримки життя в містах.

Restoration of Critical Infrastructure in Ukraine

In many regions of Ukraine, restoration of critical infrastructure continues after Russian strikes. President Volodymyr Zelensky reported on the scale of attacks and the importance of partner support. The situation in the country remains complex after new shelling, which caused serious damage to the energy system.

During the current week, Russia launched at Ukraine:

  • nearly 1100 strike drones,
  • over 890 guided aviation bombs,
  • more than 50 missiles of various types.

Among the missiles were both cruise and ballistic types, including the medium-range ballistic missile 'Oreshnik'. Energy workers and repair teams are working around the clock to restore damaged facilities and ensure the normal functioning of infrastructure.

The President also emphasized that the enemy deliberately chooses the timing for strikes, waiting for cold weather to inflict maximum harm on people. He highlighted the importance of stable partner support and coordinated diplomacy to strengthen Ukraine's defense.

Situation in Ukraine

The situation in Ukraine remains tense amid ongoing attacks. Restoring critical infrastructure is a priority for the government, as millions of citizens' lives depend on it. Support from international partners is crucial for the country's stability and the effectiveness of recovery efforts, especially in the context of winter conditions when the demand for energy increases.
