According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, on August 11, the enemy conducted 51 airstrikes, dropping 106 kilograms of bombs, and carried out 3764 drone attacks and shellings on the positions of Ukrainian forces.
At this moment, the Ukrainian forces are focusing their efforts on disrupting the plans of the Russian invaders and depleting their combat potential. In the last 24 hours, there have been 122 combat clashes on the frontline.
The majority of attacks were made by the enemy in the Pokrovsky direction. There were also battles in the South Slobozhansky, Kupiansk, Lyman, Siversk, Kramatorsk, Toretsk, and other directions.
In the Pokrovsky direction
The highest activity of the enemy is observed in the areas of Poltavka, Mayak, Dorozhine, Nikanorivka, and others. 35 attempts to advance by our units in this direction have been recorded. Due to numerical superiority, the enemy is trying to break through the line of defense of the Ukrainian forces.
In the South Slobozhansky direction
Six combat actions have been recorded in the areas of Vovchansk, Kolodiazne, and Dvorichansk.
In the Kupiansk direction
The enemy carried out six attacks near the settlements of Stepova Novoselivka, Kindrashivka, Kupiansk, and others.
The Ukrainian forces repelled enemy attempts to advance on positions in the Siversk direction and stopped five attacks in the Kramatorsk direction. Six enemy attacks have been recorded in the Toretsk direction, and 14 in the Novopavlivsk direction.
