Russia launched a massive strike on Ukraine: a 12-year-old girl has died

Last night, Russia struck Ukraine on an unprecedented scale, the largest this year. According to monitoring services, approximately 500-650 drones, 45-55 Kh-101 missiles, up to 8 'Kalibrs', 2 'Kinzhal' missiles, and several X-59 missiles were used.



In Kyiv, two people were injured, and another ten were wounded. One of the victims is a 12-year-old girl in the Solom'yanskyi district. 'The body of a 12-year-old girl was found at the attack site in the Solom'yanskyi district,' reported the head of the KMVA, Tymur Tykhenko.


Damage has been recorded in all districts of the capital. In the Solom'yanskyi district, a five-story residential building was damaged by fire. One floor of a state medical facility also caught fire. In the Darnytsia district, debris fell on the territory of a kindergarten, and in the Sviatoshynskyi district, on non-residential buildings and in the yard of a residential building.



Strike on Zaporizhzhia and Kyiv Region


Zaporizhzhia was hit eight times, including a missile hitting a high-rise building. According to OVA head Ivan Fedorov, 21 people were injured, including three children. Two of the wounded are in serious condition. Nine private homes, 14 high-rise buildings, a gas station, and production facilities were damaged.



In the Kyiv region, 7 people were injured. In the Fastiv district, five workers of a bread factory were injured in a fire. In Bila Tserkva, the roof of a nine-story building caught fire, and 6 cars were damaged. Two women fell into a state of stress.



Other damages from strikes


In Odesa, Russian strikes damaged a company and the roof of a private house. In Sumy, a truck parking area caught fire. In these cases, no one was injured.



The attack lasted several hours - the first strikes occurred around 2:00 AM, with subsequent attacks continuing in the morning. The main direction of the strikes was Kyiv and the region, Bila Tserkva, Starakostyantyniv, and Vasylkiv.



According to the KMVA, information about the injured may change and is currently not final.


As a result of the massive strike, which combined the use of drones and various missiles, dozens of injured and dead in Kyiv and the Kyiv region became known, as well as destruction in regional centers and in other areas of Ukraine. A significant level of destruction and material damage was noted, with several children and women in critical condition due to the attacks.
