Russia has changed its war tactics: drones attack civilian objects

Russian occupiers have significantly improved the use of drones, which now attack not only military warehouses and roads but also moving transport and civilian facilities. The aim of the attacks is to cut off the opponent's logistics and eliminate the support of Ukrainian forces.

“Ukrainian military recognizes that resources for complete road coverage are lacking, and even radar systems worth millions of dollars cover only dozens of kilometers,” the publication notes.

Drones are attacking not only large columns and warehouses but also minibuses, passenger cars, and even civilians. Even counter-drone nets do not guarantee protection, as operators skillfully avoid captures and collapses of structures.

Attacks in Kyiv region and Zaporizhzhia, resulting in one person injured

In recent days, enemy attacks have escalated to a new level, with attacks recorded in several areas of the Kyiv region and in Zaporizhzhia. As a result of the attack in the Kyiv region, one person was injured, but hospitalization was not required.

As a result of shelling, fires broke out, damaging cars and private houses. Despite the attacks, fortunately, there are no wounded or affected individuals.

Rebels from Russia are pushing the war to a new level by using an increasing number of drones to attack civilian facilities. This poses significant threats to both Ukrainian military forces and the civilian population. Ukrainian authorities must be vigilant at all times, ready to defend their territories against new types of threats.
