In the Dnipro direction, Russian troops have increased their activity in recent days, attempting to land and hold positions on Bilohru dyi Island, reported the spokesman of the Southern Defense Forces, Vladyslav Voloshyn.
'In recent days, the enemy has shown increased activity on Bilohru dyi Island, attempting to land and seize a foothold. Despite daily attempts of 2-5, they have not succeeded so far,' Voloshyn said.
Voloshyn also noted that Russian troops have not been able to achieve their goals on Bilohru dyi Island. Fighting also continues near the Antonivskyi automobile bridge, where fierce battles take place daily.
'Every day they try to get closer to our positions, but we successfully eliminate all of them,' the spokesman emphasized.
