Residential Neighborhoods in Odesa Targeted
A Russian nighttime attack on residential districts of Odesa has resulted in casualties and significant damage, including fires and destroyed property. Preliminary reports indicate at least three people were injured. The assault partially destroyed apartments on the 18th and 19th floors of a 25-story residential building, which also caught fire.
Damage and fires were also reported in a separate two-story residential building, while a third-floor apartment in a three-story building was destroyed. In that same three-story building, apartments and a nearby parked car were set ablaze. In total, more than ten vehicles were damaged. Three people were rescued from one building, and psychologists from the State Emergency Service provided aid to 19 civilians, including three children.

A fire also broke out in an apartment on the 14th floor of a 22-story residential building, leading to the evacuation of 70 people. Additional vehicle damage was recorded on the premises of a municipal utility company. Rescue and evacuation operations were carried out across the affected areas.
