On the 20th, Russian troops launched two separate attacks on civilian minibuses in the city of Kherson. The first strike occurred at 07:00 in the Dnipro district, killing two people—a woman and a municipal worker—and wounding seven others. The second attack took place at 10:40 in the Central district, injuring a minibus driver. Information about other passengers is still being gathered.

Volodymyr Zelenskyy commented on these events, calling them a 'brutal safari on people.'
