The Russian army shelled Kostiantynivka
This morning, August 22, Russian troops struck the city of Kostiantynivka in the Donetsk region. Residential buildings and infrastructure were damaged, and there are injuries among local residents. This was reported by 'Glavkom' citing the head of the Local Administration, Serhiy Horbunov.
"As a result of the strikes, the destruction of private and multi-apartment residential buildings, a shop, the building of 'Ukrposhta', and a gas pipeline was recorded. Foreign occupiers used FPV drones and FAB-250 aerial bombs. One civilian was injured," the report says.
The head of the Donetsk OVA explained that 21 houses in Kostiantynivka were damaged, including private homes, administrative buildings, outbuildings, a store, a shopping center, trading pavilions, an infrastructure facility, and gas mains.
Horbunov urged local residents to take care of their safety and evacuate if the situation becomes dangerous.
