Russian troops are preparing for a new offensive against Ukraine. Unfortunately, after previous attempts, they have begun to regroup in order to attack again, this time in the Southern and Northern Slobozhanshchyna directions. This information is reported by 'Glavkom' citing a comment by the Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Andriy Hnatov, in Liga.net.
Hnatov noted that previous offensives by Russian troops were not very effective, or we could even say that they were unsuccessful. Nevertheless, the enemies continue to concentrate their forces and manpower for further actions.
'They are willing to sacrifice a large number of soldiers just to advance a few dozen meters,' emphasized Hnatov.
What are the Armed Forces of Ukraine doing?
Experts note that such tactics indicate the importance of readiness for prolonged combat operations and the possibility of being ready to advance even at the cost of losses. In this regard, the Armed Forces continue to strengthen their defense and monitor enemy movements in order to respond promptly to their attempts to launch a new offensive. Soldiers of the 46th brigade are actively competing in the area of Hosti and Heorhiivka-Maxymilianivka, where they do not weaken their efforts.
After unsuccessful offensives at the beginning of the year, Russian troops are preparing for new attacks on Ukraine, which requires the Armed Forces to improve their defense strategy and enhance combat readiness.
