The situation in Kup'yansk is under the control of the Armed Forces
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine stated that Ukrainian troops control the situation in Kup'yansk, Kharkiv region. According to 'Hvylya', an official representative of the General Staff reported that Russian occupiers failed to penetrate the city through the pipeline.
'At the same time, the enemy will try to accumulate forces in the northern outskirts of the city of Kup'yansk. The exit from the pipeline, through which the enemy was moving troops to the city, is under the control of Ukrainian defenders. The pipeline not only leads to the city,' the message states.
It is noted that there are several pipelines in the area, but only one of them is still under the control of the defense. The military continues to conduct operations to ensure the city's security.
Enemy losses and actions of the Armed Forces
Since the beginning of the operation in the Kup'yansk area, the enemy has lost 395 people, of which 288 are irrevocable. In the approaches to the city and its outskirts, the military destroyed 265 Russians, and in the area of the city itself - 128. Some individuals have been taken captive. The defensive operation continues, and the Ukrainian troops continue to strengthen their defensive capabilities.
It is also worth noting that Reuters reported on a SBU attack on two tankers of the shadow fleet of the Russian Federation, which is another important step in the protection of national interests.
