This tragedy has become another confirmation of the consequences of armed conflict and its impact on the civilian population. This attack highlights the seriousness of the threat that the armed conflict poses to civilians and infrastructure in Ukraine. Missile strikes on objects that are not military in nature reveal the humanitarian situation in the region and call into question the safety of the lives of people who remain in the conflict zone.
The restoration of damaged facilities and support for the affected are important tasks for civil society and the state as a whole, as such events leave a lasting mark on the memory of society and affect its psychological state.
