Russian occupiers continue mass assaults on the positions of the 4th operational brigade of the National Guard of Ukraine 'Rubizh' in the Pokrovsk direction, losing at least a company of personnel per week. This was reported by the serviceman of the 'Rubizh' brigade, Andriy Otchenash, during a broadcast on Army TV.
The military noted that the situation in the brigade's area of responsibility remains extremely tense. For the last two months, there hasn't been a single day when Ukrainian defenders recorded fewer than 50 enemy assault troops in this section of the front. 'The enemy is trying to constantly accumulate, conduct assault actions, die, regroup, and attack again, and it just goes in circles,' Otchenash described the Russians' tactics.
According to him, the scale of losses is shocking. In some populated areas, the occupiers literally walk over the bodies of their fallen comrades but continue to attack.
'Conditionally, in a week's time, they lose only on the line of defense of the 4th brigade more than a company of personnel. That is, in 5 days - minus 100 people killed. How many wounded - unknown,' the serviceman clarified.
Low level of training of Russian assault troops
Despite the enormous casualties, the enemy fails to achieve the desired results. Otchenash also pointed out the low level of training of Russian assault troops. Most of them do not realize where they are going and what awaits them. 'From the moment they sign the contract to the moment they fall into captivity, it takes three months. And during this time, they go through everything. Signing the contract, training grounds, being brought into combat, death, or captivity. Young guys often end up in captivity, but mainly it is fools who go for money, or fools who come from prison, or fools who have some certain problems,' concluded Andriy Otchenash.
The article describes the mass assaults by Russian occupiers on the positions of Ukrainian troops, during which they suffer personnel losses. It outlines the tense situation on the front and the low level of training of assault troops. The Russian military is trying to gather strength for new attacks but fails to achieve the desired results due to a lack of understanding of their mission and the scale of losses.
