As a result of the Russian missile attack on Kyiv, the largest innovative terminal of 'Nova Poshta' was completely destroyed. The facility was considered one of the most modern sorting centers in the country and played an important role in the logistics network of the company. This was reported by the CEO of 'Nova Poshta', Yevhen Tafiichuk.

The terminal of 'Nova Poshta' was one of the most modern in Ukraine

According to the company’s leader, the destroyed facility was equipped with modern automated equipment from the Dutch company Vanderlande and was considered one of the most technological logistics centers in Ukraine.

The terminal ensured rapid sorting of shipments and was the result of many years of investment in the development of logistics infrastructure, even amidst the full-scale war.

Yevhen Tafiichuk emphasized that this facility was not only a production site but also a symbol of the company's innovative development and the implementation of modern management practices.

«Today the enemy destroyed the terminal. But they cannot destroy the most important thing — the people who created it, and the values on which our company is built», — he stated.

What is known about the consequences of the strike

'Nova Poshta' reported that all employees are safe. No information about casualties among staff has been received.

Immediately after the attack, backup operational scenarios were activated to ensure the continuity of logistics processes and the processing of shipments through other sorting centers.

Customers are advised to monitor the status of their packages through the mobile application and the company's official services.

The company promises to restore lost capabilities

'Nova Poshta' emphasizes that despite the loss of one of the key logistics facilities, the company will continue operating and will restore the damaged infrastructure.

«We have a trait that no missile can destroy — the thirst for development and a free innovative future. We will recover. We will build anew. We will make it better, more modern, and stronger», — Tafiichuk noted.

Amid regular attacks on civilian and industrial infrastructure, the Ukrainian business continues to support the operation of critically important services and seeks new solutions to ensure operational continuity.
