citing DTEK.

According to preliminary information, the enemy shelling caused the building of the factory to collapse and damaged technological equipment. This is not the first attack on this factory, which is an important link in supplying coal to Ukrainian thermal power plants.

  • After the strike, the factory's operations were completely paralyzed.

  • The enrichment capacities of the factory are now unable to operate.

It should be noted that on September 1, a Russian drone attacked a team of DTEK energy workers during emergency work in the Dnipropetrovsk region. This is stated in a message from DTEK.

“In Dnipropetrovsk region, the emergency team of DTEK 'Dniprovskyi Electric Networks' was attacked by an enemy drone while carrying out restoration work on a damaged power line in the frontline area. At 17:55, a drone strike was recorded on the service vehicle of the energy workers. As a result of the explosion, the vehicle burned completely along with the equipment and materials for restoration work,” the message states.

No workers were harmed. At the time of the attack, they managed to escape from the vehicle.
