Two people were injured in the February 4 strikes and received on-site medical treatment.

  • Residential buildings and utility lines were damaged;
  • A fire broke out on the roof of an apartment block;

The situation in Odesa highlights the persistent threat to civilian safety amid the ongoing conflict. These attacks on critical infrastructure and homes necessitate urgent action from local authorities and emergency responders. Damage to schools and kindergartens also jeopardizes children's education and safety, potentially worsening the humanitarian situation in the region. As a key Black Sea port, Odesa has been a frequent target since the start of the full-scale invasion, underscoring the need for continued international attention and support for Ukraine.
