Devastation Across Ukraine Following Russian Attacks
Russian shelling in the cities of Pryluky, Kremenchuk, Oleksandriia, and Kyiv has resulted in the deaths of 28 people. Pryluky suffered the heaviest toll, with 20 fatalities, including five children—three of whom were just one year old. Kyiv’s evening bombardment also claimed two lives.
Emergency Response Efforts
Teams from the State Emergency Service (DSNS) and police successfully rescued 29 individuals, most of them in Pryluky. Search and rescue operations under the rubble have been ongoing for over 14 hours. In Kremenchuk, patrol officers actively evacuated residents, provided first aid, and transported the wounded to hospitals.
In addition, psychologists from the National Police, DSNS, and National Guard have offered hundreds of counseling sessions to those affected. Service centers from the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) and the State Migration Service (DMS) also provided dozens of consultations.
