The situation in the Kramatorsk direction remains largely unchanged; however, Russian troops are adapting their tactics to the weather conditions, trying to use high temperatures to cover their assault actions.
The greenery and the sun are currently complicating the detection of the enemy
According to Chief Sergeant Vitaliy P'yasetsky, the enemy is currently acting under the cover of the heat. Meanwhile, the enemy continues to apply the unchanged tactic of attacks with small assault groups.
In the area of responsibility of the 93rd Separate Mechanized Brigade 'Kholodny Yar', Ukrainian defenders discovered six enemy assault troops. After a strike by strike drones, four occupants were destroyed, and two fled.
The impact of weather conditions on combat operations
The chief sergeant detailed how high temperatures affect reconnaissance and combat operations. He pointed out that the weather works for both sides of the conflict, complicating the detection of the enemy.
At the same time, P'yasetsky noted that it is impossible to unequivocally say whether the weather is favorable for conducting combat operations; there are always certain nuances. Adverse weather conditions affect both enemy and Ukrainian reconnaissance.
From the above, it follows that Russian troops have begun to use high temperatures to cover their assault operations, which creates certain difficulties for natural detection in the area. At the same time, weather conditions have an ambivalent influence on conducting combat operations for both the enemy and Ukrainian forces, complicating reconnaissance and interaction between the parties to the conflict.
