Russian troops are trying to hide from Ukrainian drones using camouflage means. However, their attempts often end in failure due to the improper use of special equipment. Junior Lieutenant Artur Martirosyan from the 43rd Separate Mechanized Brigade shares that during the summer, such means only stand out against the green vegetation and do not conceal soldiers from the enemy. The officer noted that Russian soldiers are not adequately trained to use camouflage equipment.

A Ukrainian officer explained that the video where a Russian soldier futilely tries to hide using a special jumpsuit testifies to the low level of soldier training. 'These blankets conceal a black spot against the greenery. If this spot moves, the enemy easily notices it. Unlike this, the jumpsuit does not completely hide the body,' Martirosyan added.

Moreover, a Ukrainian serviceman reported on the enemy's new strategy, which consists of actively using small assault groups. These groups, consisting of 2-5 people, storm positions of Ukrainian servicemen without equipment, using drones as a concealing element.

Thus, Russian troops have failed to conceal themselves from Ukrainian drones due to shortcomings in using special means, while their new strategy involves the active use of small assault groups operating without equipment and using drones to cover their actions.
