According to the commander of the 3rd battalion of operational assignment of the 15th brigade of the National Guard of Ukraine 'Kara-Dag' with the callsign 'Caesar', Russian troops in the Kupiansk direction are moving in small groups across the Oskil River without using equipment. Ukrainian units effectively control the crossings, quickly identifying and destroying enemy transport.

The occupiers resort to archaic means of crossing, using inflatable boats, ropes, and even winches. The main tactic of the Russians consists of nighttime crossings in small groups over shallow water, however, Ukrainian military successfully respond to such attempts and also track strike drones 'Lancet' that are used by the enemy to attack Ukrainian positions.

The message claims that Russian troops are using primitive methods to cross the Oskil River, while Ukrainian forces effectively control the situation and hinder the movement of enemy forces. The enemy's tactics may indicate complications for the opponent, but the actions of the Ukrainian troops ensure safety at the border.
