The service described Antsybor as a 'sensitive, sociable, and fair' officer who felt a deep sense of duty to his community and country. In a separate incident on the same day, Roman Tkachuk, head of the Institute of Civil Society and a soldier with Ukraine's 56th Separate Mariupol Motorized Infantry Brigade, was also killed in combat.
