Gas Station Hit in Sumy Attack

On June 25, Russian forces targeted a gas station in the Zarichny district of Sumy. The assault occurred at approximately 06:00 using an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV). A fire broke out at the scene as a result of the strike. Authorities are currently working to determine if there were any casualties.

Acting Mayor of Sumy, Artem Kobzar, confirmed the incident, stating:

“At around 06:00, a UAV struck one of the gas stations in the Zarichny district. Information regarding possible victims is being clarified.” - Artem Kobzar

This event follows a series of similar attacks on fuel infrastructure across Ukraine. Just a day earlier, on June 24, Russian troops hit Naftogaz gas stations in three different regions, leaving one person with serious injuries.

Additionally, a gas station in Zaporizhzhia was attacked on June 21.
