Drone Attack Hits Dnipro
A Russian drone struck a 14-story residential building in Dnipro around 10:00 a.m., damaging the apartment of basketball player Maksym Zakurdaev. Zakurdaev plays for the local club 'Dnipro' and is a member of Ukraine's national 3x3 basketball team. The attack injured 13 people, including three children, according to a report by 'Hlavkom' citing Suspilne Dnipro. Such strikes on civilian areas have become a grim feature of the ongoing conflict.

His wife and pets were unharmed.
“First, the glass started flying out from the blast wave, and then the explosion itself sounded,” he recounted of the traumatic incident.
The couple plans to stay with friends while repairs are made. The 'Dnipro' club and fans have expressed their support for Zakurdaev.
