Russian Drone Incident Near Ukraine-Poland Border
A Russian jet-powered drone struck close to the border between Ukraine and Poland, landing in the village of Starovoitove within the Kovel district of Ukraine's Volyn region. The strike caused damage to the facilities at the Yahodyn border checkpoint, although no injuries were reported. Around 6 PM, the Ukrainian Air Force detected the drone moving westward toward the Polish border. Roman Romanyuk, head of the Volyn Regional State Administration, confirmed the drone impact near the frontier.
