Rocket strike on Uman
As a result of the Russian rocket strike on the city of Uman, 2 children and 4 adults were injured. 4 houses were completely destroyed, and dozens more were damaged. 47 emergency workers are on site, using 12 units of State Emergency Service equipment to survey the area.

Rescuers have set up a 'Point of Invincibility' to assist the victims. The rescue team includes:
- sappers
- dog handlers with 2 dogs
- psychologists
- mobile operational group
