The Cabinet of Ministers approved additional funding for the eRecovery program in the amount of UAH 4.8 billion. These funds will be used to finance housing certificates for people who lost their homes as a result of Russia's armed aggression.

'We are grateful to the Council of Europe Development Bank for the partnership that allows us to systematically assist people who have lost their homes due to the war. The eRecovery program is specific assistance from the state and a real support tool. During its operation, more than 120 thousand families have already received compensation. This year we plan another 60 thousand payments and certificates - together about 180 thousand families will receive support,' said Oleksiy Kuleba.

Funding is provided under an agreement with the Council of Europe Development Bank, concluded during the Ukraine Recovery Conference in July 2025. The eRecovery program has already helped more than 120 thousand families, among which 97.6 thousand families received compensation in the amount of UAH 9.8 billion.

The government allocated an additional UAH 4.8 billion for the eRecovery program, which provides assistance to people who lost their homes due to the war. In total, it is planned to pay compensation and issue certificates to another 60 thousand families, which will allow about 180 thousand families to receive support.
