Successful intelligence operation in Russia
The Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine reported a successful operation on the territory of the Russian Federation, during which three servicemen of the 'Rosgvardiya' were eliminated. This was reported by 'Glavkom' citing the GUR.
The operation took place on September 27, 2025, near the settlement of Tambukan in the Stavropol Krai and was conducted with the support of the Caucasus Liberation Movement. A lieutenant colonel of the 'Rosgvardiya', who led a hostile special forces group 'Avant-garde', was eliminated. Also destroyed were the assistant and driver of this leader.

According to intelligence data, the group of Russian soldiers was moving to the training ground but did not reach the destination. GUR emphasizes that the elimination of the command staff and servicemen of hostile structures is part of measures aimed at weakening the aggressor.
It should be noted that the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense intercepted an order from the Russian military to execute Ukrainian prisoners of war. As reported by 'Glavkom', this was announced by the GUR MoD.
Thus, during a conversation intercepted by intelligence, a Russian soldier reports to his commander that he captured two Ukrainian fighters, while noting that they were wounded.
