«I think that just last month, 20 thousand Russian soldiers lost their lives. The Ukrainians inflicted colossal damage on the Russians. Both sides have very firmly entrenched themselves,» highlighted the Secretary of State.
Marco Rubio also noted that the process of finding ways to reconciliation is complex, but the US will not cease its efforts to stop the conflict. He stated that the president considers ending the war a priority task to work on.
