This provision is intended for those who receive an old-age pension and meet the requirements of the Law on 'State Social Assistance to Persons Who Are Not Entitled to a Pension and Persons with Disabilities'.
How to receive the payment?
To receive this additional payment, it is necessary to submit an application to the Pension Fund service center and present the necessary documents, including a medical certificate from a medical advisory commission confirming the need for external care. It is also necessary to have a certificate about your family composition and confirmation that there are no able-bodied relatives who could provide care. After submitting the documents, the Pension Fund will make a decision on the accrual of this supplement as soon as possible.
