Investigation into the former head of the central executive authority
The Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAP) and the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) have completed the pre-trial investigation against the former head of the central executive authority, suspected of illegal enrichment. This investigation concerns the acquisition of nine real estate properties by him in 2021.
Among the mentioned properties are eight plots of land and an apartment of over 140 square meters located in Kyiv. In addition, the former official also owned a cargo vehicle registered to close individuals. According to the investigation, the difference between the value of the assets and the legal income of the suspect was about eight million hryvnias.

It should be noted that according to part 1 of article 62 of the Constitution of Ukraine, a person is presumed innocent until proven guilty. The investigation is ongoing, and further actions in this case depend on the results of procedural actions.
