Ukraine's Security Service (SBU) has reported instances of Russian operatives recruiting Ukrainian citizens to register Starlink satellite terminals. The SBU is actively combating Russian agents and detaining collaborators. Citizens who receive such recruitment offers can report them via the "Burn the FSB Agent" chatbot or through the contact numbers listed on the SBU's official website.
