The government allocated 8.8 billion hryvnias in compensation for people who lost their homes due to Russian aggression. More than 6,300 families will receive housing certificates, allowing them to purchase new housing and restore basic living conditions.
The eRestoration program is expanding and improving, including reconstruction on private plots and support for internally displaced persons. A new component of the program with a housing voucher of 2 million hryvnias has been introduced for combatants and people with disabilities.
In 2025, compensation under the program was received by over 67,000 families totaling more than 31 billion hryvnias. More than 47,000 received payments for damaged property, over 19,000 - certificates for destroyed housing, and more than a thousand received compensation for reconstruction on their own land plots.
