Ground robotic complexes (GRC) have become an important component of frontline operations, where they perform risky tasks. In order for this field to continue developing, it is necessary to have highly qualified operators.
As part of a joint reform of the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Digital Transformation, 7 GRC operator schools have been certified. Now private educational institutions will be able to train GRC operators and issue them official certificates. In addition, by the end of the year, the state will pay for the training of thousands of servicemen to increase the number of qualified specialists at the front.
President Zelensky plans to start implementing an e-balance system for the evacuation of the wounded and for other combat needs of GRC. The main goal is to strengthen military forces and save lives using advanced technologies and trained operators.
Ukrainian GRC operator schools have received certificates, private institutions will be able to prepare operators and issue them official documents. The state will support the training of military personnel to ensure the army is equipped with qualified specialists. In addition, there are plans to implement an electronic e-balance system to optimize the evacuation processes and the use of GRC in combat operations.
