The Russian dictator Vladimir Putin is considered not only an independent figure but also a tool that interacts with the Russian mentality through a feedback system. This opinion was expressed by political expert Vladimir Shevchenko, referring to Putin's high rating of 87%, which, according to him, indicates real support for the war among the population of the Russian Federation.

'Putin is a tool, an absolute empty personality. Someone pushed against the table and moved the planet. But to subjugate 140 million people to one leader is very simple,' explained Shevchenko.

The expert emphasized that maintaining the leader at such a high rating level as 80% requires constant use of feedback to adjust his behavior to the expectations of citizens. According to Shevchenko, Putin's strength lies in his ability to deeply understand the Russian mentality.

'This is a war of the Ukrainian people against the Russian fascist invaders,' emphasized Shevchenko, denying the assertion of an attack on Ukraine by Putin.

The expert believes that the high support level of 87% reflects reality, not manipulation, as historically Putin's rating has fluctuated between 62% and 87% depending on circumstances.

The expressed opinion that Putin is not only an independent figure but also a tool that adapts to the Russian mentality highlights the variety of mechanisms of influence and support for the leader in Russia. Analyzing public attitudes toward Putin's political actions, the expert shows the importance of understanding the cultural and psychological connection in the country's political life.
