Negotiations between Ukraine and the Czech Republic
Andriy Sybiga, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, held phone negotiations with the newly appointed Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic, Petr Mačinka.
