Andrii Sybiha Condemns Russian Attacks

- every attempt to blackmail the world with hunger must be met with even tougher sanctions.'
The minister added that 'Russia must pay a price that exceeds its ability to continue this war.' He also highlighted the need to use all available tools to raise the cost of Russian aggression and speed up the end of the war, arguing that 'the time for gradual decisions has passed.'
