The Netherlands became the leader in the trust ranking for Ukrainians in September 2025, according to a study by the Razumkov Centre. A good feeling is held by 89.3% of respondents who spoke positively about this country, while only 5.7% have a negative impression. This gave the Netherlands a record evaluation balance of 83.6 points.
In the top 5 countries with the highest level of trust, Norway, Latvia, Lithuania, and France were also included. Meanwhile, Russia, Belarus, China, Hungary, and India received the lowest evaluation balances, ranging from -39.6 to -92.3 points.
France received approval from 88% of Ukrainians, confirming a consistently high level of sympathy towards this European state.
Ukrainians highly appreciate the Netherlands, France, and other European countries. This indicates a positive attitude towards such countries, which are popular among Ukrainians and have a high level of trust.
