In Kyiv, today the wind will not be very pleasant, but there will be no rain. The temperature will rise to +19 degrees. However, in the northern and western regions, the rain will not last, and no precipitation is expected.
'The atmospheric front with rain and low temperatures on September 18, moving eastward, will bypass the west, north of Ukraine, and a significant part of the country's center.'
Overall, less precipitation is expected throughout September than usual, which may lead to drought, especially in the Left Bank. This, in turn, will increase the risk of fires in regions with low humidity levels.
