The pricing system in construction requires necessary updates. In particular, the Ministry of Community Development and Territories of Ukraine is actively working on improving the approaches to forming the cost of construction works to create a transparent and fair model.
The new pricing model will be based on international standards, include the digitization of processes, and be open to all market participants. A Working Group has been created for this purpose, which is already analyzing prices for materials, expenses, wages, and other aspects of cost formation.
