Defense Minister Denys Shmyhal reported that within the framework of the 'Army of Drones Bonus' program, military personnel can receive electronic warfare means. According to him, deliveries are made through the digital system of the Ministry of Defense DOT-Chain Defence — directly from the manufacturer to the front.
Shmyhal also noted that previously, under this program, military personnel could receive FPV drones and bombers, and now they have access to equipment to protect soldiers on the front lines.
The Ministry of Defense's procurement agency has already concluded the first contracts with Ukrainian manufacturers for the supply of electronic warfare means, and some equipment has already been transferred to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. According to the minister, this approach allows military personnel to independently determine the needs of their unit and quickly receive the necessary equipment.
According to Denys Shmyhal, equipment worth 500 million hryvnias has already been supplied within the framework of the 'Army of Drones Bonus' program, and the total amount of orders is 2 billion hryvnias.
Denys Shmyhal announced the start of supplies of electronic warfare means through the 'Army of Drones Bonus' program, which provides military personnel with the necessary equipment for protection on the front lines, including electronic warfare means. This is an important step towards strengthening the defense capability and security of the nation.
