All embassies and consulates of Ukraine abroad have announced the introduction of an automated procedure for submitting documents for notarial actions. This information was confirmed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Starting from July 1, Ukrainians can submit documents in electronic form through the electronic cabinet of the applicant of the information and communication system of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs 'e-Consul' at all 120 foreign diplomatic institutions. Now citizens have the opportunity to submit an online application for a notarial action, upload the necessary documents, and a sample of the power of attorney or notarial statement.
After online submission of documents, citizens can receive the finished document at the diplomatic institution with just a short visit. This significantly saves time and resources for citizens seeking consular assistance abroad.
