A terrible incident occurred in northern Colombia. A school bus transporting 45 passengers fell into an 80-meter deep ravine. Unfortunately, at least 16 people have died, including the driver and students. Another 20 people sustained injuries. The bus was traveling from the Caribbean coast to Medellín when it left the road and fell. The event happened early in the morning while returning students from a trip organized by the students themselves.
Among the deceased were students aged 16 to 27. The injured have been hospitalized, but the cause of the accident has yet to be determined. Authorities are conducting an investigation, and the local community remains shocked and has raised concerns about safety on Colombia's mountain roads.
