Ukrainians receive mass SMS from territorial recruitment centers threatening restrictions if personal data updates are not fulfilled. However, lawyers note that such messages are not legal, and conscripts can ignore them.

Also, the Ministry of Defense has implemented a new automatic military accounting system where citizens can change their data online. This will simplify the procedure and help avoid any misunderstandings regarding mandatory conscription.
