Sofia Fedyna urges Ukrainians to clear the snow: pedestrian routes remain dangerous

Софія Федина закликає громадян прибрати сніг з вулиць для забезпечення безпеки пішоходів.

Call to clear the snow

Sofia Fedyna called on citizens to clear the streets of snow, as many pedestrian routes remain uncleared. According to her, quite a few pedestrian routes have been uncleared for several days, creating difficulties for movement.

On Wednesday, January 7, cloudy weather and snow are forecasted in Ukraine. The temperature at night and during the day will fluctuate between -2 and -7 degrees Celsius. In this regard, Fedyna urged Ukrainians to show responsibility and help in clearing the snow.

“So I ask everyone who has the opportunity, to clear at least near themselves, their entrance, where it's especially needed” – Sofia Fedyna.

Such actions can significantly facilitate pedestrian movement in winter conditions, especially amid worsening weather conditions. Sofia Fedyna's call for joint efforts in clearing the snow reflects the importance of mutual assistance and active participation of citizens in ensuring safety on the streets.

The importance of societal interaction

In this situation, a call to citizenship from a public figure like Sofia Fedyna can have a significant impact on mobilizing people to take action. Given the forecasted difficult weather conditions, active participation of citizens in clearing the snow can help not only in facilitating movement but also in preventing possible injuries and accidents.

This underscores the importance of interaction between the state and society in addressing pressing problems related to winter conditions.
