Today, December 9, marks the International Day of Anti-Corruption. Ukraine has made significant progress in this direction. According to the latest OECD Monitoring, our country has shown considerable progress in combating corruption and improving the anti-corruption system.
In particular, Ukraine became the first country outside of the OECD to join the initiative 'Public Integrity Indicators' and demonstrated high results. Recently, the OECD invited Ukraine to join the Convention on Combating Bribery of Foreign Public Officials in International Business Transactions, which is an important step for the further development of the country.
According to the European Commission, there is currently progress in Ukraine regarding anti-corruption reforms, and specialized bodies continue to successfully investigate corruption cases. Our country is actively working on improving the integrity system and institutional capacity, hoping for further success in this area.
