Sixth International Crimea Platform Summit Held at the United Nations
During the 81st session of the UN General Assembly, the Sixth International Crimea Platform Summit convened with participation from representatives of more than 60 countries and international organizations. The summit focused on key issues related to the ongoing occupation of Crimea, the peninsula's militarization, and persistent human rights abuses. Attendees collectively reaffirmed their commitment to Ukraine’s sovereignty and pledged support for the restoration of its territorial integrity in line with international law.

The summit concluded with the adoption of a Final Document affirming global solidarity with Ukraine. Ukraine’s Foreign Minister called for moving beyond annual political declarations toward tangible, everyday measures supporting Ukraine’s cause, emphasizing: “The work of the International Crimea Platform must extend beyond political statements made once a year. There are practical steps we can take together every day.”
