US Energy Secretary Chris Wright stated that he is ready to assist in ending the war in Ukraine. According to Wright, imposing sanctions on Russia's oil sector is a powerful pressure on Moscow to conclude a peace agreement with Kiev.

In response to a question about the key to ending the war, the secretary noted that the introduction of sanctions against Russian oil could become an effective measure. He emphasized that such pressure is the maximum that can be applied against Russia.

'We can do what we could not do before,' the secretary noted.

Wright also reminded that the US is one of the leading producers of oil and gas, which gives them the ability to take decisive measures. Despite this, the Trump administration has not yet imposed serious oil sanctions against Russia but does not rule out such a step in the future.

In response to the refusal to conclude a peace agreement with Ukraine, the US may impose new sanctions, including a 100% tariff for buyers of Russian oil. The time for Moscow to resolve this issue is limited, adding tension to the international situation.

There is also information about a possible third round of negotiations between Ukraine and Russia, which may take place soon.

Chris Wright, the US Energy Secretary, expressed readiness to assist in ending the war in Ukraine by imposing sanctions against the Russian oil sector. This could become effective pressure on Moscow and contribute to the conclusion of a peace agreement. Speculation arises about the possibility of a third round of negotiations between Ukraine and Russia as a new step in this process.
