How to receive assistance
Assistance can be received by submitting an application through the Diia app or by mail. Each person can receive 1000 hryvnias only once under this program. Additionally, 'Winter Support' includes other useful measures such as compensation for electricity, fixed prices for energy resources, housing subsidies, assistance for prisoners of war, and energy efficiency programs.
